INA bearing is a kind of bearing that adopts dilute grease and oil mist lubrication method, and is an important part of modern machinery and equipment. INA deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to bear pure radial load, but also can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. When it only bears pure radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a larger radial clearance, it has the performance of an angular contact bearing and can bear a larger axial load. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearings is very small, and the limit speed is also very high. Especially in high-speed operation conditions with large axial loads, deep groove ball bearings are more superior than thrust ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative rolling bearings with a wide range of uses. It is suitable for high-speed or even extremely high-speed operation, and is very durable without frequent maintenance.

 
This type of bearing has low friction coefficient, high limit speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and easy to achieve high manufacturing accuracy. Variety in size range and form, used in precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles and general machinery industries. It is the most widely used type of bearing in the machinery industry. Mainly bear radial load, but also can bear a certain amount of axial load.
 
When a larger radial clearance is selected, the axial bearing capacity increases, and the contact angle is zero when bearing pure radial force. When there is axial force, the contact angle is greater than zero. Generally, stamping wave-shaped cages, car-made solid cages, and sometimes nylon cages are used.
 
After the deep groove ball bearing is installed on the shaft, within the axial clearance of the bearing, the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing can be limited, so it can be axially positioned in both directions. In addition, this type of bearing also has a certain degree of aligning ability. When it is inclined 2'~10' relative to the housing hole, it can still work normally, but it will have a certain impact on the bearing life. Deep groove ball bearing cages are mostly stamped steel corrugated cages, and large bearings are mostly car-made metal solid cages.
